The Store Pharmacist is responsible for managing the storage, organization, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods within the pharmaceutical supply chain. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines (CGMP & DRAP SOPs), and inventory management best practices. Your responsibilities
To organize raw, packing material & FG stores to minimize storage. To maintain proper labeling and locking system in warehouse and update checklist of the whole area which takes care of maintenance to all critical parameters. To manage complete stocks reconciliation of material with production ensuring no stocks differences and monthly cycle count ensuring timely adjustment on weekly bases. Issuance of raw and packing materials to manufacturing against relevant work order ensuring and approved materials are being issued with proper labeling, right quantity and within the agreed lead times of stores specified in SOP. To ensure that materials are being consumed before expiry and timely inventory clean-up of obsolete and unusable materials due to change in specs or formulation after necessary approvals. To manage and reduce SLOB, damages and expiries in conjunction with inter departmental communication Maintain the warehouse as per CGMP requirements. Ensure strict adherence with Quality Management System(s). Any other task assigned by top management To ensure warehouse operations are executed as per DRAP requirement and regulations Ensure compliance & contribute to upkeep and improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental corporate policy/procedures & applicable legal requirements.
