Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Partner Support & Communication

This role acts as a key partner to Business/HR Leaders, HRBPs, and Legal, focusing on employee relations. It involves creating a positive employee experience by neutrally facilitating complaint resolutions, supporting the open-door policy, and investigating legal or employee concerns. The position reports to the HRBP Director. Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and investigator for employee relations issues. Conduct investigations of varying complexity and sensitivity, recommending appropriate resolutions. Manage cases proactively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed logs and documentation. Address employee concerns related to human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance. Facilitate the open-door process and investigate complaints or legal charges. Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to develop and implement ER processes, programs, and tools to strengthen organizational capacity. Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years in HRBP with at least 3 years in employee or labor relations. Strong conflict management skills.
