What You'll Do
- Content Setup & Strategy: Set up and manage content on the food app, leading the content strategy to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Content Synchronization: Maintain alignment across all in-app content sources, ensuring seamless experiences for users.
- Performance Monitoring & Scaling through: Track and evaluate content performance post-launch, iterating and scaling up based on insights.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, marketing, and other teams to identify opportunities, provide product support, and coordinate product and feature releases.
- Develop & Optimize Processes: Monitor product performance to spot gaps and inefficiencies, work with various teams to develop solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful multitasker, supporting cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, tech support, and marketing.
