About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Operational Support Executive to manage and support the live daily operations of a UK logistics business. The role involves staff schedule planning, live tracking, compliance enforcement, stock oversight, and reporting. You’ll work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where attention to detail and people management are key. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan staff schedules and ensure live tracking
- Monitor driver behaviour and punctuality
- Manage accounts, invoicing, and fleet data updates
- Maintain stock/inventory accuracy and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Generate performance & compliance reports
- Respond to emails professionally
- Use Google Docs, MS Office & cloud-based systems
- Communicate effectively with UK team and drivers
