The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is at the center of the new Roche organisation, turning upside down the role we play in society - from mostly offering world-class medicines towards much more partnering, innovating and leading generative disruption. By doing so, the PJP will be directly accountable to deliver better outcomes for patients, their community, the ecosystem and the organisation, faster.
The PJP is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche. They partner closely with all stakeholders directly touching the patient journey in a given therapeutic area, (including but not limited to healthcare professionals, academics, patient advocacy groups and patients) gaining a deep understanding of their needs in order to connect Roche's capabilities to co-create meaningful solutions.
**Your Opportunity**
+ The primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
+ Responsible for Roche's products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs.
+ Disease landscape understanding and products knowledge.
+ Responsibility of Roche's products through their lifecycle and support its appropriate use.
+ Broad understanding of his/her therapeutic area and its respective future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions
+ Partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
+ Awareness of disease
+ Diagnosis
+ HCP education (pre-approved & post-approved products)
+ Patients' Access to available funds e.g. PBM/SSP & others
+ Proactive communication with HCPs on PSP
+ PJP acts as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverages this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem.
+ Responsible to report incident/accident immediately to SHE department. Attend / complete all requisite on-line and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit to ensure the learning outcome after the training has been implemented
**Who you are**
+ Science degree (MBBS / Pharm D / Dentistry will be an added advantage)
+ Business Degree is a plus
+ Minimum 3 years of oncology therapeutic area experience
+ Consistent track record of achieving objectives, collaboration and team work
+ Experience in agile ways of working is a plus
+ Cross functional experience
+ Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence.
+ Growth mindset and deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in oncology area, enabling engagement at the specialist level.
+ Broad understanding of Roche's present portfolio and future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions.
+ Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics including clinical research.
+ Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
+ Demonstrated excellence in relationship building and partnering at all levels within an organization
+ Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
+ Flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm
