About the role
:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Consultant to join our expanding team. As an
Technical Onboarding Consultant
at
Joblogic
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new customers.

What Your Main Focus Will Be
:


Key Responsibilities
:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.
  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each customer, ensuring a smooth transition to Joblogic.
  • Configure and customize the Joblogic platform according to customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide support to customers to ensure they are fully proficient in using Joblogic.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical teams, customer support, and training, to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding experience for customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAAS implementation and onboarding.

Required Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAAS implementation and onboarding, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using SAAS platforms and related technologies.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
