Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAAS implementation and onboarding, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using SAAS platforms and related technologies.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
