Job Summary:
This position is for a Registered Nurse (FEMALE) for Rotational Shift Duty to provide high-quality medical services to patients within a specified department.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Taking patient blood samples and vitals (e.g. Pulse, Temperature, Oxygen saturation and Blood Pressure etc.)
- Monitoring and administering medication, injections and intravenous infusions to the patients as per advice.
· Promotes and restores patient health by completing the nursing process and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
· Providing physical and psychological support to patients and supervising assigned team members and maintains a cooperative relationship among health care team and responding to requests.
· Identifies patient care requirements and promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals.
· Guide attendants to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills and answering questions.

Qualifications:
* Education: Generic BScN / General Nursing or equivalent medical degree / Diploma from a recognized university or HEC.
* Licensure/Certification: Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Experience: Fresh or 01 year of experience in relevant department.
Skills:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient-centered care skills.
* Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment skills.
