Responsible for observing, analyzing market and consumer trend insight to drive business growth through improving products, identifying product & marketing opportunities, improving consumer experiences, etc.
Develop a strong understanding of the assigned brands/products, including up-to-date knowledge of the competition, consumer behavior, etc. Interpret market, consumer, media and other sources of data into actionable business decisions.
Able to lead quantitative projects on various topics (such as segmentation, product test, NPS, etc.) and deliver high-quality reports to help business grow. Apply the correct approach to research design for specific phases within the product development cycle and marketing campaigns.
Build part-time teams and maintain good and efficient cooperation with local vendors.

2.Hands-on experience in different quantitative/qualitative methodologies. Experiences with desk research, IDI, FDG, market/consumer segmentation, etc. Able to supervise complex quantitative projects and accomplish analysis independently.
3.Mastery of SPSS is a must. Better with mastery of Python /Python Crawler/ R.
4.Strong project management skills.
5.Knowledge about the gaming industry is a plus.
6.Willingness to travel frequently.
7.Fluency of English, both written and oral. Overseas study/working experiences is a plus.
