DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for installing and maintaining network systems and hardware equipment, troubleshooting networked computers within an organization.
Hardware and Network Administration.
Maintenance of hardware equipment & enhancement of IT Infrastructure.
Configuring corporate e-mail, Internet & resolving related issues.
Overall responsible for PC Support and user training to use software packages.
Plant-related machine PC Support. Troubleshooting, configuration & administration of all operating systems.
Team lead for PC Support HW Technician in configuration & troubleshooting of PC & AS/400 Network.
Responsible for managing the IT equipment history.
Responsible for all network administration in the absence of the Network Administrator.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation of network racks, network cables, switches, routers, WIFI routers, and Access points.
2. Troubleshoot network-related issues and respond to queries in a timely manner.
3. Track and maintain passive network inventory and perform network device registration (tagging) & documentation.
4. Coordinate and work side by side with different vendors in network installation and maintenance projects and tasks.
5. On-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of network or connectivity problems for end users.

1. Intermediate/DAE or equivalent in Computer Sciences with 2 to 3 years of related work experience.
