Role Overview
We are looking for a Budget & Contracts Negotiation Officer to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring that contracts are executed smoothly, budgets are negotiated fairly, and financial operations remain transparent and compliant.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in negotiations, and highly proficient with Excel and written communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the negotiation and execution of clinical trial contracts and budgets with sponsors, CROs, and sites.
- Track, analyze, and manage study-related budgets to ensure alignment with financial guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
- Serve as a point of communication between sponsors, CROs, and sites regarding financial and contractual matters.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must-have).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working within a team environment.
Work Schedule
- Females: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM in-office + 2 hours remote work.
