About the Role:

Role Includes:

Job Details:

Last Saturday of the month is operational only

Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday (for males)

10 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (for females)

Salary Structure: Fixed Basic Allowance plus commission and incentives

BDE Basic Allowance during training Rs

Trader: Rs. 25-30k plus commission (depends on trades avg 40-50k)

Location : Al Beena commerical centre, BC-11 Block 5, Kehkashan Clifton, Karachi

Training period : 3 days formal training with batch. 3 to 4 weeks on floor training under line manager (paid as applicable)

  1. Business Growth: Identify new MSME/ small business enterprises in the assigned area.

  2. Assess their loan requirements based on customer need and present appropriate loan proposals to the credit committee for approval.

  3. Develop and analyze financial statements of the MSMEs in order to assess the financial soundness of the business and his repayment capacity.

  • Ensure timely follow-up with late payment and default customers to resume payments as per repayment schedule. Make customer aware of the implications of late payments & default in term of penalties and reporting in eCIB

4. Compliance

  • Conduct, complete and process MSME loan booking / documentation in strict compliance with KMBL's policies, procedures and ethical standards.
  • Thoroughly review KIM & MSME Procedures to understand products and processes.
  • Thoroughly review Prudential Regulations for MFBs to ensure policy compliance.
