• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics Artist, or similar role
• Strong portfolio of designs, character designs, branding assets, and motion graphics for social media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to create and maintain consistent brand assets and guidelines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• A minimum of 1 years’ professional motion graphics experience in animation, television, or video game cinematic environment

• Critical eye for color, composition, lighting, art, and animation

Requirements

• 2-3 Years of proven experience with branded video editing, specifically for short-form content

• Potential to storyboard and collaboration with other editors on multiple projects across the team
• Communicate effectively over project progress, roadblocks, delays, and revisions process

Technical Requirements

• High Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Experience with colour grading and motion graphics
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment
• The ability to take branding guides and and package them in an engaging format specifically designed for Instagram, TikTok and possibly other social media platforms
• Podcast editing experience is a plus

$700 - $1000 AUD per month, with options for additional compensation via over-time.
