Xenel is looking for a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement business solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Power BI, and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth in D365 with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 (F&O / CE)
- Design and develop customizations, extensions, plugins, and integrations for Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Customize forms, workflows, reports (SSRS), dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Manage data migration and integrations using Data Management Framework (DMF), Azure APIs, and third-party connectors.
- Deploy and manage solutions through LCS and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft standards, performance best practices, and security protocols.
Power Platform & Power BI
- Build scalable Power BI dashboards with data modeling (DAX, Power Query) and visual best practices.
- Develop business apps using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint Online.
- Maintain data accuracy, implement role-based access controls, and enforce data governance standards.
- Provide documentation and ongoing enhancements to existing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O technical implementation.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, ETL, and integration techniques.
- Proficiency in X+, C#, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, OData, SSRS, and APIs.
- Excellent understanding of D365 data and extension models, security roles, and environment management.

Job Overview:
Devsinc is seeking aPrincipal Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with deep expertise inFinance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Manufacturing modules . This is a leadership role that goes beyond solution implementation—focusing onbusiness transformation, functional architecture, and mentoring teams through complex ERP implementations.
You will act as theprimary advisor and solution owner , leading clients through the full lifecycle of D365 projects while ensuring excellence in delivery and value creation.Key Responsibilities:
Functional Leadership & Solution Ownership
- Leadend-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across core functional domains (Finance, SCM, Retail, or Manufacturing).
- Define and drive thefunctional solution architecture , supporting both standard and customized business requirements.
- ConductFit-Gap analyses , create detailed solution blueprints, and recommend best practice configurations.
- Take ownership of functional tracks within ERP programs anddrive workshops, scoping, and design reviews .
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Serve as thetrusted advisor to key business and IT stakeholders.
- Guide clients inbusiness process optimization , transformation strategy, and best-practice adoption.
- Leadclient workshops, UAT sessions , and provide high-quality documentation including functional specs and training material.
- Handle escalations, lead issue resolution, and ensure client satisfaction throughquality delivery .
Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely withtechnical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and execution.
- Manageproject scope, risk, effort estimation, and delivery plans for functional streams.
- Ensureadherence to Microsoft Sure Step methodology , LCS, and Success by Design practices.
Mentorship & Practice Development
- Mentor junior consultants , provide knowledge-sharing sessions, and assist in their career development.
- Contribute to theenhancement of internal templates, tools, and functional playbooks .
- Assist inpre-sales, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inFinance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology .
- ACCA, CA, or MBA (Finance/Supply Chain) strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Certifications inD365 F&O Finance, SCM, or Solution Architecture are a plus.
