We are looking for a CSA (Cloud Solution Architect) in the Modern Work solution area, specializing in Microsoft 365 Cloud, who is passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft 365 platform. This is a customer-facing role, owning both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and tkxel, helping customers leverage their Microsoft Cloud investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Centric: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners, by leveraging M365 Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Actively listen and respectfully challenge yourself to drive the best outcomes.
- Customer/Partner Insights: Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant teams including Sales and PMO, to enable continuous improvement.
- Accelerate Value Realization: Actively engage with business and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement and usage of M365, securing long-term customer engagements. Galvanize technical and sales experts around additional identified opportunities to develop customer-specific roadmaps that drive further growth & business value realization.
- Business Impact: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with business and technical decision-makers to ensure they understand M365 value proposition and get value from their investment in Microsoft technology.
- Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging deep knowledge of M365 services & technical subject matter expertise. Lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft Cloud investments. Deliver all work according to industry best practices, policies and using repeatable solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a Self Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals.
- Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse and learn from others to help accelerate your customers' transformation journey.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
4+ years as a cloud solution architect focusing on M365.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
