We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coaching the team on Scrum practices, ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality software products within the specified scope, timeline, and budget.
What will be your responsibilities?Facilitate and coach the team on Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure that the team is adhering to agile principles and that the team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality software products.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage project issues and dependencies.
Work with product managers and development teams to prioritize product backlogs and ensure that deliverables meet business needs.
Measure and improve developer velocity by tracking sprint metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including project sponsors, business owners, and executive management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within the specified scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk management plans.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement in the Scrum process.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Relevant certification such as CSM, CSPO, or CSP is a plus.

+ Work with peer Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile.
