We are a fast-growing e-commerce company with multiple product SKUs and hundreds of marketing campaigns across different platforms. Were looking for a Data Analyst who can help us make data-driven decisions by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales and marketing performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at interpreting data, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Collect and analyze data from Shopify, marketing campaigns (mainly Pinterest), and other sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate weekly performance reports on KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs.
- Monitor advertising campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on conversion rates, AOV, and ROI.
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests and product experiments to guide marketing strategy.
- Perform competitive analysis using research and competitor monitoring tools to benchmark performance.
- Prepare and deliver weekly summary reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain organized data records and, if possible, build simple dashboards or automations to streamline reporting.

Qualifications

- 2 - 3 years of data analysis experience, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify reporting and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI for advanced reporting.
