As one of the first hires in our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify store, digital strategy, influencer marketing, paid ads, and content calendar .
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the Shopify store (products, collections, landing pages, website updates).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar (social media, blogs, influencer collabs).
- Create and implement influencer marketing strategy , including short video content planning & collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI).
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support in creating creative briefs for content, graphics, and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industries.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools .
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content marketing .
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
