Role Description

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. In this full-time, salaried role, you’ll plan, implement, and oversee all marketing initiatives—spanning marketing strategy, social media, video, email, ads, calls, website optimization, and more—while managing and mentoring associates and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Salary Range

  • Depending on experience and qualifications
  • PKR 90,000/month – PKR 150,000/month

Working Hours

  • 8 AM PST – 5 PM PST
  • Partial overlap between time zones may be considered

Required Skills

  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email, video, and PPC
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and data visualization
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, email platforms, and CRMs
