Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand behaviours, preferences, and buying patterns.

- Design and execute both qualitative and quantitative research studies, ensuring timely reporting of results.
- Lead and execute Brand Health Tracking (BHT) studies to monitor brand performance.
- Conduct dealer and Field Sales Manager (FSM) based research to evaluate market dynamics.
- Develop clear narratives, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in achieving strategic objectives through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and recommend initiatives based on research insights.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in market research, preferably in consumer goods/electronics.
- Strong expertise in research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and visualization software.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
