Job Title: SQA Engineer (Manual Testing) Night Shift (Female)/Remote

Our Client company is hiring a Manual SQA Engineer to work from 6 PM to 3 AM. The ideal candidate is with at least 3 years of experience in testing enterprise software solutions and has strong English communication skills.

1. Plan, organize, and implement day-to-day activities of testing and work with developers, architects, and technical release managers within an agile/scrum environment.
2. Participate in scrum & product planning and be responsible for all phases and types of testing, including but not limited to strategies, requirements, planning, management, execution, and reporting.
3. Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, and changes; validate and close out all issues prior to client delivery.
4. Collaborate with other QA staff to accomplish all daily QA tasks on time with a high level of quality.
5. Develop processes to ensure the highest level of quality assurance possible.
6. Investigate procedures, workflows, and software to keep processes up to date.
7. Assist in the development of ongoing training programs for the QA Team.
8. Provide department-specific orientation and training for new hires.

4. Must have hands-on experience in at least one programming language (C++, Java, Python, or any other).
5. Strong concepts of Black Box Testing.
6. Understanding of Agile/Scrum Development Process.
7. Must have experience with testing tools (e.g., Appium, Cypress, Selenium).
8. Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins will be a plus.
9. Must have expertise in API Testing using Postman.
10. Be familiar with agile development and scrum concepts.
11. Experience with JIRA.
12. Hands-on experience on UI testing.
13. Basic SQL knowledge.
