Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in selecting and booking flights based on their preferences and budgets.
- Provide information on flight schedules, routes, and airline services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fares, and travel regulations.
- Process bookings and payments accurately and efficiently.

We are collecting resumes for Travel Consultants (male/female) to work from home for the North American Travel Agency Bismillah Travels and Tours .

We are looking for 20 to 30 deserving candidates with experience in flight booking, reservation, ticketing, handling queues, constructing fares, working with new routes, and a good grasp of GDS. Knowledge of interlining airlines with minimum connection times is required, along with the ability to create holiday packages from North America to Pakistan, India, the Middle East, and around the globe. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred. Applicants must have good listening power and strong communication skills. Confident males/females are required for inbound calls from Canada/America, with experience in Ticketing & Reservation on SABRE & APOLLO Software and good communication skills in English/Urdu/Punjabi.

We offer a salary between 50,000 to 90,000 with the opportunity to earn commissions up to 100k+.

Multiple shifts are available with CST (Canadian Standard Time) timings from 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM (PST 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) or a second shift.

This is a good opportunity for quick learners. The work-from-home option is available for females with good communication skills, a fast computer, and internet at home, along with a sound/camera installed.
