About the roleThe position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing planning from material ordering to manufacturing planning and control for both factory and co-packers across Pakistan. This position is also responsible for factory, co-packers, export markets, and importation of materials. The incumbent is required to interact with Production, Packaging, Logistics, Supply Services, Supply Finance, Commercial, Sales teams, QEHS, R&D, Engineering, Suppliers, Co-packers, and Reckitt countries that Reckitt Pakistan exports to. The manufacturing Planning Manager reports directly into the Manufacturing (Supply) Director Pakistan.
Your responsibilitiesStrategic
- Effectively supervise planning activities to ensure production requirements are met so as to maintain optimum customer service levels.
- Continuously plan and implement process improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work on and implement effective Inventory optimization strategy so as to increase operational efficiency of production processes.
