Position : Senior Logistics Coordinator Pakistan (Remote)
Location : Operating remotely
Experience : 7-10 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or coordination roles.

• Build Their Pakistan Network
• Identify and engage logistics companies and fleet operators across Pakistan
• Source customs brokerage services at Karachi Port
• Explore partnerships with local logistics startups
• Connect with exporters shipping to Afghanistan , and those using Afghanistan as a transit route to Central Asia
• Strategic Collaboration
• Actively engage and coordinate with Pakistani logistics suppliers for seamless cross-border flow
• Serve as key liaison promoting MOAMs platform and logistics capabilities in Pakistan
• Cross-Border Logistics Management
• Facilitate and track shipments moving between Pakistan and Afghanistan
• Manage documentation, customs formalities, and clearance processes
• Leverage 7-10 years of experience to guide strategic decisions, influence partnerships, and optimize operations

Fully remote role , task-based KPIs without a fixed schedule

Flexible hours; focus on results and delivery

Professional fluency in English

Urdu required; Pashto/Dari is a plus but not essential

Criteria Description:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Experience: 7-10 years in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or network building across Pakistan-Afghanistan

Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, organizational & documentation skills; familiarity with Karachi Port operations

1. Oversee and manage the customs clearance process for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with FBR, WeBOC, and other regulatory authorities .
2. Prepare and review customs documentation (e.g., Goods Declaration, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes, Duty & Tax Calculations).
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, port authorities, and customs officials to ensure timely clearance.
4. Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance delays or discrepancies by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs laws, SROs, and import/export regulations .
6. Maintain records of shipments, customs duties, and logistics documentation.
7. Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations.
8. Assist in negotiating freight rates and optimizing logistics costs.
9. Stay updated with changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies in Pakistan.

Job Purpose:

The Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for analyzing shipping and inventory data, preparing reports, and maintaining ERP systems to support efficient supply chain operations. This role ensures accurate demand forecasting, inventory management, and timely coordination with internal teams to optimize stock levels and improve business efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze shipping and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Update system records accurately and timely.

Coordination and Follow-up :

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.

ERP System Management:

• Maintain and update records in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.

Shipping Management:

• Oversee shipping processes to ensure the timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Understand and apply shipping terminology and best practices.

Documentation and Compliance :

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all demand planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills required:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards) and data visualization tools.
• ERP System Management: Experience with Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
