Responsibilities:
- Update all inventory on a daily basis across the warehouse on ERP/Excel/Quick Book.
- Coordinate with warehouse managers for maintaining records of all inwards and outwards.
- Devise and implement SOPs.
- Be the link between Operations and accounting teams.
- Ensure accounting entries and bookkeeping of all transactions through the accounts team.
- Ensure timely dispatch and consolidation of all orders and optimize the use of delivery vehicles.
- Conduct weekly physical inventory of warehouses.
- Fill logs of inventory sheets.
- Reconcile physical and entered stock on a weekly basis, providing timely reports on any discrepancies.
- Ensure optimum storage conditions for all stock in the warehouse.
- Accurately calculate total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
- Obtain quotes for transportation and make cost comparisons.
- Strategy planning of warehouse, logistic operations, procurement, and inventory levels.
- Develop standard SOPs for warehouse operations.
- Conduct stock cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in management application ERP.

Requirements:
- Have 3 to 5 years working experience in a manufacturing company, covering the responsibility of sourcing or procurement, fan industry or related ones would be an advantage.
- Proficient in ways to look for suppliers globally and evaluate their capability to fulfill our demand.
- Understand the normal workflow within a factory from receiving sales order, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance to final delivery to customer.
- Have the skills for cost analysis and negotiation.
- Ability to use MS Suite (Excel & Word), ERP (SAP) user experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent English written and spoken skills are mandatory.
