Global Assistant Project Managers required having 5+ years of core Project Management Experience while having the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Manage Banking related IT (Software & Web) projects
- Operate in a Global environment
- Manage IT development teams & difficult but critical international clients
- Travel to Global regional offices and client locations for project activities
- Plan, schedule, and complete project activities
- Identify and assign appropriate resources for all project phases and activities
- Manage the progress, status, documentation, and reporting of project activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & .Net Technologies
- Understanding of the following technologies:
- C#, ASP.Net, MVC, MVVM, SQL Server, LINQ, ASMX, IIS
- WCF Web Services and ADO.NET, CRM SDK
International client communication and management

Job Description
The AM Accounts - Islamic Banking will assist in the computation and distribution of profit and loss to depositors, the tracking and movement of financing/investment assets, and the allocation of income and expenses. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with different teams, and a willingness to learn about Islamic banking principles and practices. The position holder will also support the Shariah Compliance Department to ensure that all calculations and financial activities are accurate and compliant with Shariah guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial Processing Support:
• Assist in the accurate computation and distribution of profit and loss to depositors, ensuring that all calculations align with Shariah principles.
• Support the tracking and movement of financing and investment assets, ensuring records are accurately updated and maintained. Asset Tagging and Management:
• Help with tagging financing and investment assets, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with financial records.
• Assist in monitoring the movement of assets and provide updates to senior team members as needed.
Income and Expense Allocation:
• Support the periodic allocation of income and expenses, ensuring that allocations are accurately recorded in compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in preparing and reconciling financial data for reporting purposes. Collaboration with Shariah Compliance:
• Assist the Shariah Compliance Department in reviewing calculations related to profit distribution and ensuring Shariah compliance.
• Help audit and verify calculations to ensure that all financial operations meet the required standards.
Team Support:
• Provide general support to the team, assisting with day-to-day operations and helping complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions, learning about Islamic banking practices and improving knowledge of processes.
Process Improvement:
• Help identify and recommend process improvements to streamline daily tasks and increase operational efficiency.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
• Assist with other tasks and assignments as directed by management, contributing to the overall success of the Islamic Banking team.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Islamic Banking pool Management
