Responsible and accountable for legal affairs & compliance activities relating to all Divisions: i) Crop Science, ii) Pharmaceutical, iii) Consumer Health, and iv) Enabling Functions.

• Experience: 5-8 years as in-house counsel, preferably in corporate, commercial, M&A, or competition laws.
• Knowledge of judicial systems and litigation processes.

• Strategic skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to reduce complexity.
