Job Description

Shared Kitchens vertical of is one of the most innovative food vertical at foodpanda Pakistan where we rent spaces to our restaurant partners in different locations to operate a delivery only kitchen. It has been the fastest growing vertical in the last 2 years and for 2026-27, the plan is to increase footprint exponentially.

Due to this expansion, we are looking to hire a resource in Karachi who would be responsible for managing Kitchen operations in Karachi. The primary job deliverables include ensuring optimized food preparation and delivery time, lower customer complaints and higher food quality ratings to ensure re-ordering and ultimate growth for the vertical.

Qualifications

  • For this, we require 8-10 years of HORECA industry experience where the candidate has ideally worked in a structured organization with clear SOPS to drive operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
