As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for initiating contact with UK-based small and medium business owners in need of bookkeeping, compliance, and other financial services. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional local meet-ups at our Islamabad hub for team training and strategic reviews.

This role also offers a performance-based commission structure with room for long-term career growth into Business Development or Account Management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to UK-based clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Research target industries and tailor communication to client needs
Generate qualified leads for bookkeeping, tax compliance, and related accounting services
Maintain consistent follow-up cadences and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Track all interactions and progress using CRM systems such as Zoho or Pipedrive
Report weekly on lead performance, funnel health, and conversion metrics
Collaborate with the Islamabad team for training sessions and quarterly strategic reviews
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or demand generation
Excellent English communication skills, particularly over the phone
Strong objection-handling, persuasion, and follow-up abilities
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools (Zoho, Pipedrive preferred)
Proven self-discipline and reliability in a remote work setting
Islamabad-based candidates only (for occasional meet-ups)
