  • Data Analysis & Reporting :
  • Provide regular performance reports, including sales metrics, growth opportunities, and ROI analysis.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and AOV (average order value) to measure account performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Problem Resolution :
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction on all e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience : 3+ years of experience in key account management or e-commerce sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and their operational processes.
  • Solid knowledge of FMCG products, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
