The role is fully remote with the expectation to be available throughout US EST hours (6pm - 2am Pakistan time). About the Role We are working with a full-funded US startup that is hiring a DevOpsEngineer with strong Kubernetes experience to lead the migration of backend services to a containerized microservices architecture. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC configurations. Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes cluster performance and stability. Required Skills Python backend development (3+ years recommended) Trusted experience deploying and migrating to Kubernetes Familiarity with AWS (EKS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, etc.) Experience with Kafka or similar message queues Excellent communication anddaily interactions with US-based CTO, engineers Must be available for ~6 hrs of EST overlap each day (9am - 5pm EST) Remote-first mentality with proactive problem-solving Preferred Qualifications Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation) for automated deployments Docker & CI/CD best practices for container workflows Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or warehouse/logistics domains Comfortable in agile, early-stage startup environments Why Join?
