About Us
Apex is a fast‑growing performance marketing agency that drives patient bookings for local dentists and orthodontists across North America. We manage 25+ client ad accounts, deliver high‑volume inbound leads, and pride ourselves on data‑driven creative and ruthless ROI focus.
What You’ll Own
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for ~25 local dental and ortho clinics
- Conduct weekly creative iterations (copy, hooks, thumbnails, different video creatives) and audience testing
- Monitor spend, pacing and frequency caps daily; troubleshoot disapprovals and policy flags
- Report performance in a concise scorecard (CPL, CAC, ROAS, calls booked) to Account Managers every Tuesday and Thursday
- Coordinate with our video editing team for ad creative and with Account Managers on client feedback
Success Looks Like
- Average Cost‑per‑Lead under $20 for dental i plant offers and under 15 for ortho offers
- ≤ 2‑hour response to any account‑level issues or spend alerts
- Clear, data‑backed recommendations on scaling budgets or pausing ad sets
- Positive client retention; your performance keeps our dentists happy and renewing
Must‑Have Skills
- 2+ years buying Meta ads (lead‑gen or local service niches preferred)
- Proven track record hitting tight CPL targets on $1500–$3,000 monthly budgets per account
- Confident in Business Manager: CAPI, aggregated events, custom conversions, Advantage+ campaigns
- Fluent in English copy‑writing: can draft compelling primary text & headlines that convert
- Comfortable juggling 25 live accounts in a structured daily workflow (we use ClickUp & Slack)
- Basic landing‑page CRO knowledge (headline tests, form length, trust badges)
- Strong spreadsheet chops (Google Sheets) for manual reporting/QA

Conduct periodic audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Manage stock levels, replenishment, and control of obsolete stock.
3. Inbound Logistics Coordination
Schedule and oversee the receipt of materials from suppliers.
Verify shipment contents and manage receiving documentation.
Coordinate with procurement for smooth supplier transactions.
4. Outbound Logistics & Distribution
Plan and monitor outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with carriers for efficient distribution and track deliveries.
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and documentation of orders.
5. Transportation & Freight Management
Manage relationships with third-party transporters and logistics providers.
Optimize freight routes and reduce transportation costs.
Ensure compliance with customs, shipping, and regulatory documentation.
6. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
Analyze supply chain performance data to identify process enhancements.
Implement cost-effective logistics strategies while maintaining quality.
Develop SOPs and implement lean logistics practices.
7. Team Coordination & Reporting
Lead and train warehouse and logistics staff.
Generate reports on KPIs such as stock levels, shipment performance, and order accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and finance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP or WMS platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Forklift certification and safety training (preferred).
