The BENJAMIN LAW FIRM for DWI & CRIMINAL DEFENSE is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team.We want an attorney with a Missouri and Kansas license and with at least 3 years of experience in Criminal Defense , who ideally has had more than 1 jury trial as first chair.

We have offices in Belton and Kansas City . We will have a new, larger office in KCMO this year, and in the meantime, our lawyers are able to work remotely from a home office as needed. We are an entrepreneurial criminal defense law firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need a detail-oriented, highly organized, passionate, emotionally mature, and self-directed person who can take on a wide variety of criminal and DWI cases.

We want to be known for helping clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need an associate attorney who can hit the ground running.
