A computer support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to individuals and organizations who use computer software or equipment. As a computer support specialist in Lahore, you will be responsible for ensuring that all computer systems function properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email or in person - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network problems - Install, configure and maintain computer systems - Set up new user accounts and profiles - Train users on new software or equipment - Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
