Candidate should possess adequate knowledge on major hardware manufacturers for infrastructure business.

  1. Candidate should be able to manage day to day activities in the shape of multiple transactions used on different accounts.
  2. Candidate should ensure that all day to day tasks are in compliance with the list of controls defined for these tasks.
  3. Candidate should be communicating with manufacturers/partners and other resources to facilitate new business and existing opportunities.
  4. Candidate should closely work with internal and external resources to ensure competitive pricing.
  5. Candidate should ensure that the sales cycle (From initial response on building solution to client till the order fulfillment process), all activities must be performed and services delivered within the set SLAs agreed with the client.
  6. Candidate should ensure that all solutions developed/customized for the client are fully validated in terms of availability, compatibility & adaptability.
  7. Candidate should ensure the order fulfillment process is fully managed and completed in terms of order placement, tracking, removing discrepancies, order changes and return process to achieve outstanding service delivery.
  8. Candidate should ensure that all reporting tasks assigned are executed in time slots provided for different clients.
  9. Candidate should ensure that the account team that includes the Account Manager, field rep and the immediate supervisor have daily updates and clear visibility on the whole sales cycle.
  10. Candidate should ensure he/she is regularly attending all calls internal and external (Client specific) to proactively manage account and ensure smooth handling of incoming business.
  11. Candidate should fully understand all major manufacturer pricing programs after the initial completion of training process.
  12. Candidate is required to set individual goals derived from department goals to pursue continuous progress within the organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement robust, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role will focus on architecting Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions for enterprise applications, migration projects, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Azure core services and architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Azure cloud architectures for infrastructure, applications, and data platforms.
• Lead Azure migration and modernization efforts for on-premises workloads.
• Develop architecture blueprints, documentation, and high-level designs for cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into cloud solutions.
• Define and implement cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Recommend cost-effective and high-performance Azure services for enterprise workloads.
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor advancements in Azure services and proactively suggest improvements.
• Guide IT teams on implementing Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, identity, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT with:

i. Minimum of 5 years of solution architecture/design experience

ii. Minimum of 5 years of external client-facing advisory/consulting experience

iii. Minimum of 3 years of Azure cloud experience. AWS experience is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of core Azure services including:
i. Azure Virtual Machines, VNets, Load Balancers, Azure Storage, Azure Firewall
ii. Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory
iii. Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Monitoring tools
• Experience with cloud migration projects, infrastructure planning, and enterprise cloud strategy.
• Proficiency in cloud security, identity, and access management principles.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hybrid cloud environments and integration with on-premises systems.
• Knowledge of automation tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IPSec VPNs, ExpressRoute, DNS, NSGs).
• Background in industries such as finance, healthcare, or government is a plus.
