We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital banking products from concept to launch. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UI/UX, Business, Operations, Risk & Compliance to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless execution. You will be responsible for translating user needs into actionable features, owning the product roadmap, and driving performance through data-driven decision-making.

- Initiate, lead, and oversee the development of new digital products and services in collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other departments.
- Define user stories with usability criteria. Prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Establish, monitor, and own key performance indicators to assess success rates, conversions, customer satisfaction, and process efficiencies.
- Analyze user behavior to identify new feature development, enhance user experience, and optimize processes and operations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to conduct user research, create personas, and refine user journeys.
- Work with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and align product strategies with business goals.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital product management.
- Strong understanding of digital product management methodologies, frameworks, and concepts.
- Basic familiarity with software development processes.
- Commercial acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Growth and Product Strategy
· Translate analytical insights into targeted growth strategies that improve MAU, DAU, and user retention.
· Design and evaluate A/B tests, roll-outs, and adoption campaigns.
· Support monetization initiatives, including ad inventory models, partnerships, and app-exclusive bundles.
· Track ROI of new launches and campaigns through post-campaign business analyses.
4. Digital Strategy
· Shape business strategy for SIMOSA and other digital initiatives in line with Jazz's overall digital portfolio.
· Provide actionable recommendations to senior management for long-term platform evolution (marketplace, lifestyle, third-party integrations).
