- participate in the care of a wide variety of essential and emergency surgical problems, in the disciplines of general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, plastic surgery, pediatric surgery, anesthesia, and radiology, and to follow these patients appropriately during the inpatient care under the concerned admitting/attending consultant
- be on call with a full-time faculty and would report to his/her faculty in matters arising on the call days
- provide assistance in OR/SDC session with supervising faculty
- engage in the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as assigned
- develop leadership skills pertaining to healthcare systems, delivery, financing, and community engagement through specific didactic modules conducted throughout the year
- engage in experiential learning by providing surgical care in lower-middle-income countries (LMICs).

- Coordinate with suppliers of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants to ensure the timely procurement of quality raw materials
- Maintain close coordination with the Lubricants Supply Chain team to align supply planning with production requirements and avoid delays
- Prepare and regularly update product performance requirements for the procurement of base oils, additives, and finished lubricants
- Conduct detailed technical evaluations of bids submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance with required product specifications and industry standards
- Conduct benchmarking studies of existing products to identify gaps in the product portfolio and explore opportunities for new product development
- Lead formulation improvement and guide R&D/laboratory teams in developing or enhancing lubricant products
- Assist in issuing technical knowledge bulletins, lubricant circulars, and knowledge-sharing documents related to newly developed or modified products and to enhance awareness of internal and external stake holders regarding companys lubricants solution
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, conducting field trials, and supporting customer visits
- Conduct on-site technical presentations to end-users, highlighting product benefits, key performance features, and best practices in lubrication
- Deliver customized technical support for tender-based inquiries by evaluating customer specifications and recommending equivalent lubricant grades
- Conduct specialized technical training sessions and on-field coaching for lubricants sales teams (Retail, Consumer, and High-Street) to enhance their understanding of lubrication fundamentals, product applications, and competitive advantages
- Represent the company in technical seminars, industry workshops, and customer outreach events across key industrial and the automotive sector
- Review, update, and maintain technical content on the companys website related to lubricants to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current product offerings
- Support the lubricant manufacturing team in enhancing quality assurance processes, developing work instructions, and implementing improved controls for consistent product quality
- Ensure continuity and renewal of licenses, certifications, and OEM approvals for existing products while actively pursuing new OEM endorsements
- Promptly investigate and resolve technical complaints related to lubricant application, providing root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
- Develop and implement new SOPs in line with evolving operational requirements and quality standards
Education:
- Minimum 16 years of Engineering education, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical discipline from a renowned and HEC recognized university/equivalent foreign degree holder.
Experience:
- Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience, preferably in a large-scale organization in production / maintenance team with at least 2-5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position. Experience in the operation or maintenance of engines, compressors, turbines, gears, and similar equipment is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP software
- Strong follow-up and coordination required
- Good communication and technical skills
- Capability of handling multiple tasks at a time
- Experience in the lubricant industry is a mandatory requirement
