Job Description

  • Manage systems, servers, and services, ensuring their reliability and smooth operation.
  • Handle migrations and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions in a hybrid environment.
  • Oversee cloud services (Azure and AWS), including Exchange Online, Entra ID, M365, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
  • Manage on-prem and cloud infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Web Application Firewalls, Multi-Factor Authentication, and data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Manage NOC operations, ensuring network uptime, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Ensure there is no downtime outside of scheduled maintenance windows, and minimize scheduled downtime.
  • Oversee SOC operations, ensuring timely detection, investigation, and mitigation of security threats.

Education/Qualification

Role/Duties

  • Oversees and takes full responsibility of Transcripts Operations teams located in or across the regions and directly manages cross-functional team heads both for Production and Support for a range of Ops management activities.
  • Takes full responsibility for the day-to-day operations ensuring all internal and client Service Level and Key Performance Indicators green, meeting and exceeding targets consistently at all intervals.

  • Lead a Team of Content Writers, Script Writers and Interns to ensure the companies goals are being achieved.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to identify, create and deliver compelling content across both portals that is data-driven and adds value for end users.
  • Develop programs and monitor trends, issues, and topics that matter to Neemopani .
  • Work with performance marketing teams to optimize our website performance to maximize SEO exposure.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in organic content marketing, including SEO, social media, and other channels
  • Supervising writers, editors, content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.
  • Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals.
  • Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content and client work execution.
  • Conducting periodic competitive audits.
  • Supervising the maintenance of content inventories and matrices.
  • Participation in the hiring and supervising of content/story leaders in all content verticals.
  • Conducting Monthly Performance Evaualtion

Qualifications

  • This role is directly reporting to the CPO, hence you must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with ability to give research based answers.
  • Ability to use Software’s and AI tools in daily tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in content creation, with a proven track record of leading a team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Must be team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate and work towards delivering project deadlines.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance and inform decision-making
  • Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.

Job Description

Provide direction for strategic and operational matters including clinical delivery, financial, human resource, and quality management in accordance with the vision, mission, values, and policies of the organization.

Ensure implementation of the hospital programs, services and monitor growth, in-line with hospital vision & mission.

Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities, including investigation, evaluation, and negotiations in accordance with overall objectives and plans.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.

Translate the strategic direction of the Board, goals, and objectives into operational plans and activities.

Represent the hospital at different forums and all external constituents. Attend and serve on professional, civic, and service organizations as a hospital representative.

Maintain continuing quality assessment and improvement analysis and evaluation of patient care delivery and communicate to the administration on the activities and issues of patient care services.

Maintain compliance with regulations governing hospitals and the rules of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations and initiating changes where required.
