Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records in Xero (training provided if required).
- Prepare and send invoices; record payments and manage receivables.
- Record and categorise business expenses.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- Provide documentation and support for UK accountants at year-end.
General Administration
- Organise and maintain business records and files.
- Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and correspondence.
- Manage spreadsheets and data entry for different business functions.
- Communicate with management daily and provide weekly updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA, ACCA part-qualified preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative work.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/Sage) is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English (essential for working with UK teams).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work UK business hours (with some flexibility).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently.
