We sell rubber pipes and our warehouse is on Ferozpur Road, Galxo Town. We need someone who can manage our inventory from start to finish.
The candidate needs to hire a team to help measure and categorize every pipe, input all this information into Excel, and keep track of the inventory as products move in and out of the warehouse. The candidate must ensure the inventory is updated regularly.
Job Specification :The ideal candidate needs to know how to use a laptop, create an Excel sheet, keep track of inventory, and manage the staff/team he will hire for this task.

Inventory Manager must check stock on a consignment basis across the country. He will issue weekly reports showing opening stock, weekly consumed stock, weekly inward stock, and balance stock, which will be physically tallied and cross-verified with our computer records.
The Inventory Manager will physically check stock on a consignment basis and must ensure stock tally with computer software across all locations, including Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, and Lahore godowns.

- Obtain quotations and process purchase orders.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
- Regularly update inventory management systems.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor Items movement and update record accordingly
- Coordinate with stakeholders for proper storage, tagging, and documentation.
- Generate reports on inventory status and forecasted needs.
- Liaise with internal departments to understand requirements.
- Provide weekly/monthly procurement and inventory reports.
- Assist in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives related to procurement and warehousing.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory control roles.
- Training /Certification in procurement is an advantage.
- IT product knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding for Inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and Inventory management tools
- Good understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
