Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and surprise audits of inventory at branches and warehouses to verify stock accuracy.
Review and analyze daily/weekly variance reports from the ERP (Odoo) and reconcile physical versus system inventory.
Investigate causes of discrepancies such as recording errors, shrinkage, damages, or misplacements.
Liaise with branch managers, warehouse teams, and the finance department to resolve identified variances promptly.
Maintain and enforce acceptable variance thresholds across all operational units.
Develop corrective and preventive measures to minimize recurring variances.
Prepare detailed variance and audit reports, highlighting key trends and recommendations for management review.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts and audits.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements in inventory handling and documentation.
Conduct training sessions for branch and warehouse staff to improve stock management practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Job Purpose:
