The incumbent will be responsible for leading internal and external communications efforts, collaborating with program and corporate stakeholders, to enhance brand reputation aligned with organizational goals . - Introduce innovative methods to enhance how the organization shares its work and engages with stakeholders.
- Conceptualize and develop high-quality content across social media, website, and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and regular updates, while fostering a proactive approach to strategic audience engagement.
- Collaborate with program teams to craft compelling narratives and success stories that highlight organizational achievements.
- Expand the organization’s reach by identifying new platforms and opportunities for outreach, while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders like partners, donors, and media outlets.
- Coordinate communication campaigns to promote project milestones and organizational achievements.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure cohesive messaging and provide guidance on effective communication practices.
- Track, analyze, and recommend improvements to communication strategies based on data and performance insights.
- Support the head of department in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of communication projects.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
Required Qualification
Required Experience
- At least 8 years of work experience in communications, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Experience with health communication in a public health context is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of internal and external communications and management of workflows related to the production of creative assets
- Solid media relations experience with exposure to issues and crisis management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives and adapt them to different stakeholders and channels
