• Impart patient/family education
• Communicate effectively with all health team members, patients and their families and ensure their satisfied response.

You should have:

• A Diploma in Midwifery from an accredited school of Nursing & Midwifery with at least one year of experience
• A valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
• Competence to plan and deliver care to patients with a variety of complex care needs
• Good interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
• A willingness to work in all shift duties.

• demonstrate safe handling and proper use of equipment/supplies
• provide high quality personalized planned holistic nursing care to all assigned patients
• administer medication safely, applying knowledge of drug and dosages, refer to drug manual and/or pharmacy information as required, monitor patient responses to medication and communicate reportable findings promptly
• counsel and educate patients on health behaviors
• demonstrate efficiency in use of electronic monitoring equipment
• demonstrate competence in patient assessment and care planning accordingly
• perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

You should have:

• a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN), Post-RN BScN degree or Diploma in Nursing
• six months of work experience will be preferred while Diploma holders should have at least three years of experience
• valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• willingness to work in shift duties

• Interview patients over the telephone to obtain complete and accurate information
• Enter all patient data into the electronic medical record
• Re-schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls

and written notification to patients.

• Screen and route patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up appointment scheduling in the database.
• Coordinate messages between patients and physicians. If consult calls are received, they must be properly handled and routed to the correct provider.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must display a 'customer-first mentality
• English proficiency required (Listening and Speaking)
• Self-starter and self-manager (Complete Training will be provided)
• Must be able to provide excellent patient care and handle difficult situations if necessary.
• Must be organized.
• Must know how to document properly.
• Must be punctual and have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work as a team player with fellow peers and providers.
