For our Quiz Clothing Flagship store in Y block Dha Lahore, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Store Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior management, you will be responsible for the general running of your store. You will ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded, customer service is at its highest level, and the store image is impeccable. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team and maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant.

1. To ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store.
2. To plan, apply, and monitor the required measures in order to reach and exceed sales targets.
3. To analyse and review management indicators and costs in order to improve them.
4. To ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimise selling space in order to obtain maximum profitability.
5. To be familiar with the collection, and control and manage the stock to maximise sales.
6. To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
7. To recruit, train and ensure the seamless integration of the new employees.
8. To lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of staff potential.
9. To plan, organise, prioritise and distribute tasks, optimising resources and minimising costs.
10. To ensure the optimal management of personnel administration duties.

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience in managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry. Retail Store Manager is required for a full-fledged modern store (like a few brands already active in the market such as Dwatson, Shaheen, Alsyed, and many more). The candidate is expected to have adequate knowledge of product sourcing, customer service, sales and marketing, merchandising, maintaining POSs, inventory management, and exercising controls.
He/She should possess good interpersonal skills, a cool temperament, and be honest and upright.

The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree. An MBA, degree in Economics, Master in Supply Chain, or MS in Marketing would be preferred.

Experience and job description:

Main responsibility will be to work as floor manager on outlets, to ensure target sales, manage staff, oversee inventory reordering, promotions, customer service, stitching services and staff overall supervision.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate customer service
• Manage the cashiers at outlet point of sale
• Achieve overall sale targets
• Manage the reordering from warehouse and replenishment of inventory
• Supervise staff, time attendance, and work processes
• Manage the stitching services, supervise the staff, maintain the correct status of orders, and ensure timely delivery

Have at least 1-2 years of proven work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

At least 2 years of experience as Retail Store Manager.

Experience within Fabric and Readymade environment and knowledge of any Point of Sale System would be a plus.
