Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Support
- Support TD program management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across 3 brands and 18 markets.
- Oversee employee enrollment management and attendance systems, maintaining accurate records and optimizing processes.
- Monitor participant feedback and ensure its implementation to improve programs.
- Assist with procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiations to expand our network of qualified international faculty and training providers.
Engagement Analysis and Reporting Support

What you need to be successful

- Excellent organization and process improvement skills, with attention to detail and a passion for execution.
- Strong data collection and management skills.
- High proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom).
- Native or near-native English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 2-3 years of experience in support, operations, or administrative roles, demonstrating positive impact on processes.
- Experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in procurement/vendor management roles.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, hybrid training models, and LMS.
