Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Training and HR Representative to join our team. This role involves overseeing HR tasks and supporting training initiatives across front-end and back-end operations. You will help maintain a positive, efficient work environment by conducting regular team satisfaction checks, managing employee training, overseeing time cards, and assisting with hiring and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approve time cards and time correction requests, verifying corrections via security footage.
- Track paid hours, eLearning, E-News, and update employee work hour status.
- Manage payroll processing and bonus allocations.
- Update employee survey sheets with collected data.
- Address overscheduling or under-scheduling issues and ensure proper shift rotation for managers and supervisors.
- Manage front-end and back-end hiring processes.
- Complete offboarding for both front-end and back-end staff.
- Issue write-ups for late clock-ins validated by camera footage.
- Draft and update policies for front-end and back-end teams.
- Ensure employees meet training requirements for future managerial and supervisory roles.
- Attend daily meetings and provide summaries.
- Draft and distribute employment letters for both teams.
- Track and issue penalties as necessary.
- Send birthday wishes to team members and participate in weekly meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's in any field, specialization in HR.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (Required).
- HR-related experience, ideally within hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- Spoken English is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for building team satisfaction and maintaining positive relations.
