Qualification:

MBBS/BDS with a higher qualification in management, including a Master’s degree in one of the following fields (from an HEC-recognized or reputable foreign institution):

• Hospital Management
• Health Services Management
• Business Administration/Management
• Public Health
• Public Administration

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in a senior management or director-level position in a hospital.

Preference will be given to candidates with FCPS/FRCS/FRCP/MRCP/MS/MD or a postgraduate clinical degree registered by the PM&DC.

• Manage administrative functions, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and quality assurance/accreditation with regulatory bodies.

4. Certification in Basic Life Support, ACLS, PALS, NRP provider, Safe Medication Administration, and Intravenous Cannulation.
5. The ability to assess, plan and manage patient care with expertise as per protocols.
6. A willingness to work with shifts.
