Outreach Services are designed to provide primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and are present in several cities across Pakistan. Outpatient Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Physiotherapy, and cater to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations.

You will be responsible to:

• Co-ordinates all processes for patient care and ensure timely delivery of all core processes.
• Manage scheduling and staffing of individual cohort.
• Conduct rounds at patients’ home, provide patient education and review documentation.
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds as applicable and plan patient care accordingly.
• Acts as clinical resource person for staff and patients and conduct teaching sessions as needed.
• Provide remote assistance to staff working in home setting.

You should have:

• A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
• Minimum three years of nursing experience
• Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
• Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety measures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in shift duties

• Every day, HIMS circulates about 4000 records both within the Stadium Road campus and with Clifton Medical Services.

You will be responsible for identification of all reportable neoplasms, code and enter information in registry database and perform lifetime follow-up to provide cancer incidence, treatment and outcome information for quality improvement activities, administrative planning and research activities. You will be responsible for:

• Case identification of all reportable neoplasm as per criteria defined by the Cancer Committee.
• Review, abstract and enter information in Cancer Registry software-CNExT from medical records (outpatient & inpatient), including all demographic information, diagnostic and staging workup, procedures and treatment as per registry data standards.
• Perform follow-up activities. (Sending letters to physicians/patients to assess when they were last seen/calling patients).
• Laise with physician for queries regarding newly identified cancer cases and abstracted data to enhance the accuracy of captured data in cancer registry.
• To give presentations among the Cancer Registrars related to different tumors to have an understanding of the disease process, diagnostic methods and treatment options.
• To attend online sessions for continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor in science with physiology as major subject sixteen years of education.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.

• Plan and coordinate orientation and training programs for nursing staff.

• B.Sc. Nursing with at least 4 to 5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year of teaching experience in Nursing.

• Must have valid PNC registration.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Candidates having specialization in ICU and ER and/or certified for BLS, ACLS, and ECG will be preferred.
