Competencies required: Perform ISO/SGS audits regularly. Quality report writing. In-depth working with standards of quality control such as TQM, SQM, ISO Certifications, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM. Bridging production process and process improvement.

Communicate with auditors as a company's QA/QC representative. Lead, train, develop, and mentor production and QA/QC staff.

To head the service quality department, overseeing operations and problem-solving of a team to meet the required service quality and standards for local and international campaigns. To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
