Play a crucial role in a growing startup and work alongside our core team members. We care about your professional growth, quickly promote high performers, and give you more responsibilities.

Talent Right has partnered exclusively with Brighta to appoint a digitally-savvy and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking digital team that thrives on structure, hustle, and creative problem-solving. If you have deep expertise in paid search campaigns and love making every dollar count — especially in low-budget, high-impact settings — this role is calling your name.
About Brighta
Brighta is a B2B marketing agency known for its smart, agile approach to helping clients grow through strategy-first thinking, exceptional service, and digital innovation. We don’t just do “marketing”—we build lasting client relationships by focusing on results, transparency, and collaboration. With a remote-first team culture, we value ownership, teamwork, and structured hustle in everything we do.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll take charge of paid search campaigns that punch well above their weight. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other platforms. This role is especially focused on generating real results from modest budgets, so strategic thinking, experimentation, and cost efficiency will be central to your day-to-day.
You’ll collaborate across our content, design, and dev teams to align on landing pages, tracking, and conversion optimisation. From keyword research and campaign structure to ongoing performance analysis and reporting, you’ll have ownership over the full campaign lifecycle — with plenty of room to innovate and grow your skills.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re not just good with Google Ads — you live and breathe digital marketing. You know how to stretch a small budget and still get excellent results. You’re structured in your work, transparent in your communication, and you’re not afraid to test, iterate, and try again.
You’re the type of person who doesn’t need micromanaging — you manage your own time like a pro, even when juggling multiple client projects. You’re tech-agile, data-driven, and genuinely care about client success. You’re also comfortable explaining performance metrics and strategies to clients in simple, effective language.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, a strong service mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing (Microsoft Advertising), and related platforms
- Optimise campaigns for CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI with a strong emphasis on budget efficiency
- Conduct thorough keyword research, focusing on high-intent, low-competition terms
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other tools
- Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to optimise ad creatives and landing pages (A/B testing included)
- Provide strategic insights and performance reports using Looker Studio and internal systems
- Continually audit and refine keyword lists and ad copy for performance
- Contribute to internal meetings, campaign reviews, and WIPs
- Play a key role in refining and improving systems and processes across the digital team
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or high-performance service environment
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with limited budgets and strong ROI outcomes
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, and the client-agency dynamic
- Highly proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and SEMrush
- Comfortable using ClickUp, Unbounce/Instapage, Looker Studio, and Bing Ads
- Certified in Google Ads and GA4 (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter who can work remotely, stay organised, and consistently meet deadlines
- Tech-agile and experienced with using tools like ChatGPT for research and writing assistance without compromising content quality
What’s on Offer
- A collaborative, supportive, and flexible remote work environment
- Exciting digital campaigns and meaningful client impact
- Structured onboarding, mentorship, and continuous learning
- A workplace culture that values transparency, hustle, and great ideas
How to Apply
If you’re ready to join a dynamic, performance-driven team where your campaigns will make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your CV and a short cover letter showcasing your experience and passion for paid media.
