Purpose of Position:

The job incumbent is responsible for the Business Development of Government Services (GS). Leading the development of new business (new scope/new customers) within GS for his respective market/products. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through the structural approach of the market, building strong relations with the clients, and working closely with the marketing team. Major Responsibilities

Business Development for product portfolio. This includes commercial activities such as market Surveys.   • Close liaison with LEAs on a regular basis for smooth business activities. Ensure the requirements of LEAs are fulfilled as per local laws and regulations.
  • Effectively communicate the company's position on critical matters in front of concerned ministries, government departments, parliamentary committees, and other forums, as required.
  • Secure urgent meetings with law enforcement authorities to proactively address emerging business issues and prevent potential operational disruptions.
  • Support and facilitate leadership participation in government-led forums, consultations, events and meetings.

  • Ensuring effective stakeholder management at all governmental levels

What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelors/Masters

Work experience:7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law enforcement organization and experience of engaging with government officials and representatives will be highly desired

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills required
