Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and people-focused Program Manager to lead our Global Operations team. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day operations, improving sales support processes, and managing rebate-related workflows while ensuring operational rigor across all regions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, systems-savvy, and able to work within existing resources to build scalable solutions.

  • Program Management & Leadership
    • Lead the global sales operations program, ensuring operational consistency and alignment across geographies.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field. PMP, MBA, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experience
    • 12 + years in sales operations, partner program management, or global business operations.
    • Hands-on experience managing rebate programs and invoicing workflows.
    • Demonstrated ability to run complex Excel-based tracking/reporting processes efficiently across global teams.
  • Skills
    • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, error-proofing).

Manage listening queries and dashboards to extract insights and monitor brand sentiment. Handle profile visuals, maintain login credentials, and keep platform assets like YouTube playlists organized.
